Cancellation Refund Policy (Motorcycle Rentals)

Applies to cancellations

This policy applies to booking cancellations only.

What’s refundable when you cancel

1) Damage Deposit
If you cancel and a damage deposit was collected, it is refundable in full, since the motorcycle was not taken out on rental.

2) Amounts paid beyond 35% of the rental total
A minimum 35% of the rental amount is required to reserve your booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Any amount paid above that 35% is eligible for a refund when you cancel.

Non-refundable portion (cancellations)

• The first 35% of the rental amount is a reservation fee and is not refundable once your booking is placed/confirmed.

How cancellation refunds are calculated

For an eligible cancellation:
Refund = (Total rental amount paid) − (35% reservation fee)
+ (Damage deposit, if collected)

Refund method and timing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times vary by bank/payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
